Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Youth Specialist. The Youth Specialist will design and implement impactful youth programs, mentor and support young individuals, and develop resources to promote engagement and personal growth. This role includes fostering a positive and inclusive environment, acting as a liaison between community organizations and young people, and ensuring program goals are achieved. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with stakeholders will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to connect and build trust with young individuals and stakeholders
- Background or experience in Social Work or similar roles that involve leading initiatives focused on youth development
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- A passion for fostering positive change in the lives of young individuals
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
